For the third time this month, a winter storm is expected to bring snow to large portions of North Carolina and South Carolina.
A Nor'easter is expected to form this week over the Carolinas before bringing large amounts of snow accumulations to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
In the Carolinas, cities including Asheville, Boone, Blowing Rock, Hickory, Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Rocky Mount, and Elizabeth City could see some snow.
