Your footstrike matters!
Mid-foot strike is the best way to run to prevent injury, however, it’s not always best to use. Utilizing heel strikes and forefoot strikes are more appropriate when running hills - They help maintain balance and speed‼️
Just don’t go trying to run a whole race on your heels or your toes, that won’t end well… 😰
