Follow along on a FISHING day in CROATIA. We have been living, working remotely, and social distancing on the island of ILOVIK for the summer during the COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
Otok Ilovik is a hidden gem Croatian island that is an easy day trip from Mali Lošinj in the KVARNER area. This town is an off the beaten path option in HRVATSKA, with less tourism than other cities in EUROPE.
In this video, we will be FISHING 3 different ways! First with nets (mreže), then with a PALANGAR long line, all the while trolling with a fishing pole. This video shows life in Croatia and what it’s like to traditionally live off the land(sea). You will see us catch eel, scorpionfish, and more!
We are so thankful that we were able to stay on the island of Ilovik for the SUMMER to quarantine in Croatia, and enjoy ourselves swimming and fishing in the ADRIATIC SEA. I will be vlogging about our travel life on this small island in Croatia.
