"My ambitions for South West London are that we create a real partnership with all of the system leaders within South West London.
"That we, together, really take the lessons from Covid and work together to make sure that we provide the very best and services for patients.
"That we address the health needs of the population and the health inequalities that we know exist.
"And that, at the same time, we do that in a caring and compassionate way and that we treat our people, the people that care for others, in a really compassionate and caring way as well.
"So we look after our teams, we look after our people, we look after our patients."
