This time we’re looking at an exciting discovery made in south west England during the roadworks to upgrade the A30 running through Cornwall between Chiverton and Carland Cross.
Archaeologists have uncovered flints dating back to the Neolithic, roundhouses, pots and other remains from the Bronze Age, and they have even found evidence for much more recent iron working from the 12th to 13th centuries.
