It was an exposure and educational tour to Rajasthan by 40 Sarpanchs of J&K. We visited Kathar Panchayat in Udaipur District where a project of plantation on barn pasture of 6 hectres has been started. This project has been taken from diferent schemes under conversion with labour part of MGNREGA.
