As we all know,making fish feed requires a variety of raw materials.Therefore, in order to make better quality fish feed, we need to fully mix the raw materials before making fish feed.After adding various raw materials in the video, add water, and it will be completely mixed three minutes after starting the mixer machine.
0:43-2:17 Secend For Machine Adjust. In this step, we need to make preparations before making fish feed. First, we need to put the screw into the machine, then, put the clean mold into the mold sleeve,assemble the assembled mold kit with the screw and the machine,check that each screw is tight,check between knife and mould no gap,and then put the knife cover,check the belt is tightened.Secone,open the machine swith,open the knife button and turn speed on 20,check the knife direction of rotation right and then close,open the feeding screw and turn speed on 40,check the feeding screw direction of rotation right and then close.
2:17-3:46 Machine Working Step.Put the raw material into machine,switch machine and start the main motor,and then put 200ml water,start main power and cutter,start the feeding quickly.If you hear the knife not cut voice you can adjust.Keep machine extrude 2minutes and check pellet shape.
3:46-4:45 When machine make beautiful pellet you can up feeding speed One time up 1grid and check pellet shape once. please don't up more grid one time ,each time change speed must keep minutes and can keep very well pellet you can up speed 1grid by 1grid.
4:45-6:37 Stop The Machine..When you finished working you need stop the feeding speed and feed switch, than put 200ML water in side for cleaning the machine easy for next working. and then stop cutting speed and switch.Loose the screw nail take out the mould and the mould head.Switch the main power and filling the water to clearing the parts when come out the cleaning water you can stop filing.Stop the machine power and take out the screw and screw sleve.
6:37-6:41 Put the parts into water and cleaning them.
