Alright, so in this video, we'll go over all the options for running reports and call rails. There are tons of ways to run reports here what's important is that if you want to use CallRail, go on sign up for an account it's not very expensive, and it helps you to be able to track your data. Just like in some of the other videos you might have seen, I've talked about knowing your numbers and knowing your data. What's important about knowing your data is if you know, in this case, when the majority of your calls are coming in, you'll be better poised to make a hiring decision, say, for a dispatcher. If you can look at the times of days when you have the most activity for calls, you can better make a decision on saying, hey, maybe I need a dispatcher to be on from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It's really going to depend on what the busy times of day are for your business.
