Can we just stop! 😩 I think some people need to lower their expectations about this field of work. There are way more companies out there that aren't any of the Big Tech companies. A lot of these, don't have a budget for it unfortunately. Without a budget, it means you have to work with what you have. Even if it is older equipment. Working on these things doesn't negate your experience just give us a break here, it isn't like we don't want new shiny toys 😂
