The Children of Uganda today joined the rest of the world to celebrate World children day exactly 30 years since the UN Convention on the rights of the child was adopted. The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund UNICEF wants countries like Uganda to walk the talk in protecting the rights of children. Despite strides the country has made, child rights activists believe their is still more that needs to be done.
