We are one of more than 90 wind energy companies and associations that have this week called on governments to take eight steps that will help us avert the climate crisis.
They are set out in the Global Wind Energy Coalition’s Manifesto for COP26, which highlights the need for a fourfold increase in annual wind installations if the world is to achieve #NetZero emissions by 2050.
The urgency for such decisive action at the upcoming climate action conference couldn’t be clearer: under current projections we are on course to deliver less than half that target.
