If your software is unable to detect or find your printer or if your software is asking for a Wi-Fi Direct password, then watch this video and learn how to perform a FACTORY RESET to place the printer back into Wi-Fi Setup Mode. This will allow you to use the Software to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi. This video applies to the HP Smart Tank 670, 720, 750, 6000, 7000, 7300 printer series.
