Jamela Russell was dragged from her home in Moreno Valley when deputies entered her home on a parole violation pick up. The problem was the person they were looking for had been in custody for 2 years and did not live at Jamela's address. This did not stop the deputies from violating Ms. Russell, while threatening her sister, brother and scaring a child. Since the video Jamela has been cleared of all charges.
