Modulomold: A single mold, several bottle shapes
With Modulomold™, Sidel is presenting a simple and intuitive solution that makes it easier to change bottle shapes of the same size, for greater production flexibility. The bottles have two shared parts, the labeling area and the base, and either one or two areas, the shoulder and/or the body, can be customized using the inserts. It takes less than 30 seconds to change a set of inserts, without tools.
