This is a longer more detailed video of the tapping noise I've been experiencing. As shown, tapping noise gets quieter in gear, and also when revs are increased. The noise then gets louder right before returning to idle, then gets quieter again. Using a stethoscope, it appears that it is mostly isolated on the top of cylinder 4, I am suspecting a malfunctioning lifter.
