I started this watercress and water spinach aquaponic grow bed a little over three weeks ago. The water spinach were purchased from an asian supermarket a week earlier and rooted in a cup. The watercress were transplanted from a much smaller test bed and exploded after about two weeks of acclimating to the new bed. The video was shot about a day after harvesting 1/3 of the watercress so as you can see they are doing very well in aquaponics.
