Ingredients include: Pinnacle Whip Vodka, Creme de Banana, Pineapple Juice, Sugar, Cream, Calcium Lactate Gluconate, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Aginate - Garnished with fresh whipped cream, diced bananas douced with Creme de Cacao, and sprinkled with graham cracker crust. This hors d'oeuvre style cocktail was created for a group of members from the international food and wine society (IF&WS) on their visit to V Bar Ultra Lounge in the Venetian Resort and Casino during restaurant week in Las Vegas (2012).
