In this episode of Lauren of All Trades... Lauren visits Emeril's Bistro 1397 on the Carnival Celebration!

This is a new restaurant, only found on the Mardi Gras and Celebration so far, which has a menu that will give you an authentic taste of New Orleans.

This is one of the few restaurants on board that costs extra and has a few breakfast selections, in addition to lunch/dinner stuff, and a couple of desserts.
