To thank the unicorns, Barbie and Chelsea help a mama unicorn find her missing baby unicorn. They visit the Grand Rainbow Arch and meet a new princess friend, too!

Barbie and Chelsea set off in the Dreamcamper to have the BEST “biggest sister/littlest sister day” ever! But their plans take an unexpected *sparkly* twist when the Dreamcamper’s magical radio activates and transports them to….DREAMTOPIA! Upon arriving at the magical secret garden, the Rainbow Queen shows our favorite sister duo around and informs them they’re just in time: the citizens of Dreamtopia are preparing for the annual Parade of Light! A celebration of all things glowing and glittering, where the residents of Dreamtopia share their creative sides and what makes them light up! While playing in the glowing garden, the magical glow suddenly begins to fade. Oh no, how will we have a parade of light without, well, light?! Not to worry, says the Rainbow Queen, she just needs her trusty magical wand and she’ll get the glow spell back on track. But…she can’t find her wand! Where has it gone?! With the wand missing, the glow fading, and the Grand Parade of Light at stake, Barbie and Chelsea team up to help the Rainbow Queen find her magic wand and get the parade back on track! Through this fantastical adventure, we meet new friends (hello, giant clam), see beautiful environments (hi, Grande Arche), listen to new music (thank you, Princess duet!) and witness the most exciting and beautiful Dreamtopia experience yet!
