Shrimp & Sausage Pasta Recipe

Slice (1 of each (small size)) Yellow, Red & Orange Bell Pepper. Chop (1/3) Medium Yellow Onion. Slice Grape Tomatoes In Half (3/4 cup). Slice Sausage Diagonally (I Used Half of Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage Link).

Boil Pasta According to Package Instructions (I Added a Dash of Salt & Olive Oil to Pasta Water). Season Thawed Raw Shrimp to Taste (Garlic Powder, Adobo, Black Pepper, Cajun Seasoning, Emeril Essence, Lawry's Seasoned Pepper, & Paprika). Saute Sausage and then Shrimp Until Cooked Through. Set Aside.

Add 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter & 1 tbsp Minced Garlic to Separate Skillet. Saute Until Fragrant, About 5 Min. Add Bell Peppers, Onion & Tomatoes. Cook Down Until Soft, About 15 Min (If Using Non-Stick Skillets Use White Cooking Wine to Descale Pan). Add 1 Pint Regular Whipping Cream & 1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese. Stir Until Cheese Is Well Blended. Add Pasta (Reserve 1/3 cup Pasta Water). Add 2 tbsp Cream Cheese, 3 cups Fresh Spinach & Pasta Water. Mix Well. Allow Spinach to Cook Down.

Add Sauteed Shrimp & Sausage. Add Same Seasonings (Mentioned Above) In Pasta To Taste. You're Done!
