Ingredients (bahan bahan):

1 soup spoon blended dried chillies (1 sudu soup chilli blend pekat)
12 peppercorns coarsely pounded (12 biji lada hitam ditumbuk kasar)
Pound (tumbuk):
5 garlic (5 bawang putih)
6 small onions (6 bawang merah kecil)
1/2 bombay onion sliced (1/2 bawang holland dihiris)
1 tbsp ABC soya sauce (1 sdm kicap soya ABC)
Oil (minyak)
1 tsp salt (1 sk garam)
2 calamansi lime juice (2 limau purut)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (1 sdm sos tiram)
