The M.A. Program in Specialized Journalism is for journalists with three to 15 years of professional experience. Graduates apply to one of the four concentrations (Politics and Global Affairs; Science, Environment and Medicine; Business; and Arts and Culture), and emerge with a strong subject-matter grounding that enables them to ask more informed questions, to situate events in their larger context, and to evaluate competing evidence.
