Here are a few tips on how to make the perfect steak every time:
👉Pat dry the steaks using a clean and dry paper towel. It's essential to remove the moisture on the surface of the meat - this helps the meat to develop that delicious brown crust.
👉Season well with salt and pepper on both sides, then gently massage the steak.
👉Sear the steaks - Place a heavy skillet on medium-high heat and sear the steaks on both sides for about 2 minutes until a brown crust forms.
👉Reduce the heat, and cook for more minutes 2-3 minutes on each side of medium-rare.
