I've been using Prodibio since 2011 in my reef, and I mainly use the four basic elements. These are added to my aquarium every 15 days, and it's quite simple really. I prefer to dose Reef Booster and Coral Vits after lights out when I'm heading to bed with my protein skimmer turned off, and by morning the livestock has absorbed what they can. Setting the skimmer to its lowest level, I'll restart it and allow the cup to overflow into a nearby bucket until it settles down, and add an equal amount of saltwater back into the sump to replace what was exported (think of it like a mini water change).
