This problem started when I changed the graphics card. Initially I used Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 graphics card. To play any type of video there is no constraint at all.
Then I changed the graphics card from nvidia to AMD. I am using an AMD RX 460 graphics card. The first time I turned on my computer, then play the video, there are no significant constraints.
However, after living long enough, this problem arises. I've tried updating the AMD VGA driver, the result remains the same. Then I also update the media player classic (MPC), and the result is zero.
Apparently there are arrangements that must be changed. Finally the problem is solved.
