These buns are easy to make perfect for children's parties filled with ham, salami or mini hamburgers!INGREDIENTS
1tbsp dry yeast 1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
400g flour
50g butter
500ml water
METHOD
Mix yeast, sugar and water.
Then in a bowl add the flour and salt.
Mix well and form a compact dough, then rest for 180 minutes.
Divide the dough into sandwiches, form cuts and coat with melted butter.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
