Hi guys,
I've been keeping an eye on the 80A Rhino crawler ESC for a while and the price was just a bit to high for me to justify. This clone(?) is way cheaper and I got the combo with the ESC, programming link and outrunner motor for $88 Canadian (cheap). Long story short, it's good. The downside is that programming in the field is a bit of a hassle (need a PC, possibly just a phone, I haven't looked into that). This is a very versatile ESC that will give you the best performance possible out of a variety of motors. Beware, you need the programming link to set the KVs and poles for the motor you want to use, so budget for that. Finally, if you want max slow crawling performance and/or don't like farting around with settings, the Hobbywing Fusion SE line is probably the better way to go for very similar money.
