As Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy exited St Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral, footage captured the sound of the sirens, though no Russian missile or air strikes were reported. The Cathedral is located in a central square where burnt-out Russian tanks have been placed.
