In this video, Vimbai Chapungu from Gamos demonstrates the use of a relatively large Electric Pressure Cooker (Ewant 40 litre EPC) to cook porridge. Other factories are producing large EPCs, this just happened to be a demo of the Ewant. The MECS institutional workstream is working with the World Food Programme to consider how these might be used in schools.
