Heat a pan, add water, green cardamom, jaggery powder and make a syrup.
Heat another pan, add ghee, besan and roast it on low flame. Keep stirring it continuously.
Cook it until it gets thick and shines.
Then add hot jaggery syrup and cook until it releases the pan’s edges.
Lastly add chopped almonds, pista and serve.
