This DOTS build focuses on stacking Sinister Totem and using the Sadistic legendary power to just overwhelm the enemies. It is extremely tanky for the amount of damage it can deal. It's definitely made for apocalypse the gauntlet boss rush. The best upgrades you can get in boss rush are status damage, max health mod damage and chance to spawn black hole. Saphire Dreamstone lets us keep using miasma before it's effects run out and nebula applies corroded x2 and gives a slow status to the enemies. All together we have a whooping bonus of +200% status effect damage, on top of that we get +20% mod damage that boosts the ticks even further and to top it all off we have a 50% chance to deal double damage with our dots so its basically around 330% increase to our DOT damage which is insane.
