Surveillance video obtained by 8newsnow.com seems to show three Las Vegas teens confronting a 16-year-old boy before he was killed.
Dior Jenkins, who faces a charge of open murder, appeared in court Wednesday on unrelated hit-and-run charges. He is accused of killing Jovan Wright Bullock, 16, in May. According to court documents, Jenkins was on probation when he cut his GPS ankle monitor.
