Chakli is a crispy and crunchy snack that can be made in different ways. On the occasion of Diwali chef Archana Tai brings you an instant recipe of Butter Chakli that is prepared with rice flour and rava. Watch Diwali faral recipes only on Tasty Safar.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Water
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Butter
3/4th Cup Suji (Rava)
1 Cup Rice Flour
Salt
Water
Oil for frying
Method:
- In a pan heat some water.
- To the hot water add cumin seeds and butter. Mix well.
- Once the water starts boiling add suji. Mix well. Let the suji mixture come together.
- Take it out in a bowl and allow it cool slightly.
- Add salt and rice flour. Knead well.
- Add water as required and knead to form a soft dough.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Make chakli as shown in the video.
- Deep fry the chakli in hot oil till golden.
- Serve them hot.
