This panel will provide participants with an update from the UN Climate Negotiations (known as CO26) taking place in Glasgow, Scotland. There will then be a discussion around how the outcome of the negotiations can be advanced by football clubs around Europe. Particular attention will be paid to the Action for Climate Empowerment negotiations which focuses on empowering all members of society to engage in climate action, through education, training, public awareness, public participation, public access to information, and international cooperation on these issues.
