The Clean Wave beach 🏖 cleanup.
A beautiful breezy morning here in Tamarindo. The beginning of the week ushered in the new year but left a huge amount of trash thanks to some irresponsible partiers. The town and especially the beach got destroyed with massive amounts of litter. Thankfully some people have stepped up and chosen to make a difference to rectify the situation.
Nikki and I were proud to join The Clean Wave to help pick up the mess left behind after the festivities. Together we collected a massive amount of trash along the beach and then sorted it into recyclables to try to take the environmental protection a step further.
There is another The Clean Wave cleanup scheduled for Tuesday, Jan 8th. If you are in the Tamarindo area and would like to volunteer to help protect the environment you can join us at CRAZY Monkey BAR Tamarindo on Calle Central at 9am.
