HOW TO: Upgrade TBS Tango 2 to the V3 main board - LIVE!!!

My poor TBS Tango 2 Transmitter took a dump on me a few weeks back. It won't turn on anymore, and after several rounds of email with their tech support team, TBS have sent me a V3 main board for the Tango 2.
