I've wanted this little palette by Whiskey Painters for years and finally got it for Christmas. Here's how I fill it. I'm giving cadmium-free colours a try. I've been reluctant to use them in the past because some of them contain more than one pigment, but so far I can't find a replacement to cadmiums that I like as much. With a travel palette like this one I don't want to include toxic colours (especially since I use a wrist band to clean my paint brush with I'm plein air painting).
