I've been getting a lot of requests to share my thoughts on binge eating and how to stop binge eating. In this video I decided to reveal 3 mistakes I see people make all the time.

Disclaimer: I'm not an eating disorder specialist. It's always good to seek a professional if you're suffering from a real binge eating disorder.
A true binge eating disorder is not something that will instantly get fixed by watching a video.
Having said that, the tips from the video will help a lot of people who have issues with overeating on their diet.
Other than the mistakes from the video I notice that people forget the importance of psychology for achieving success.
Psychology is really when the game is played once you know the mechanism. Mindset is what keeps you on track with the diet and training to reach big goals.
It's not just about knowing. Knowing what to do is necessary, but it's not the most important part of the journey.
The key to success is being able to execute and bounce back when you fail.
And failure will happen. It's inevitable.
The Professionals know that, and they work on bouncing back fast.
The Amateur thinks he can do it perfect and without failure. Then when he fails he falls off track completely.
Be a pro.
