Note: I think the top of a dangle charm is technically called a bale. I had always heard it called a barrel, though. Sorry for some of the difficulty in getting the video to focus. First video problems. Turns out youtube videos are more difficult to make than I assumed. Lol. However, I did enjoy making this one and look forward to making more in the future.
