The High Court, for the second time, has extended voter registration for another three days.

Justice Enoch Chacha on Thursday ruled that a case by activist Okiya Omtatah challenging the electoral commission's voter listing deadline has merit.

The court on Tuesday extended the deadline set by the commission, February 14, to today.

The judge said Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission's claim that it would continue registering voters after the mass listing ends on Thursday was not supported.
