A very cringe worthy scene for a lot of people. Here is the scene in the Season 3 Finale where Chase's arm was attached to the virus and Jack was running out of time. The only option they agreed to in the end was to sacrifice Mr Chase Edmonds arm in hope of stopping the virus extinguishing.
