- Bone Marrow
- Parsley 2 cups removed from stem
- Oregano 2tbs removed from stem
- Garlic 4 cloves
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Notes.
Ideally you want to use veal bones but if beef bones is all that's available, they work too. I used beef in this video. Refrigerate the bone marrow overnight in a cold water & salt mix to extract the blood out of the bones. Cleaning the "meat" off the bones is option.
