BLACK CREEK, A neighbourhood dispute over dogs and fences has now ended up in court.
RCMP and animal control officers were called to a Black Creek Property at the end of January to seize two dogs.
Neighbours had filed complaints saying the dogs were dangerous. Their owners are waging a court battle to get them back and keep them alive.
