My second exploration of Soma Lyra 8 and it's heavy machinery vibe. Depth Protocol is Two minutes of dark ambient sonic landscapes - full analog synth sound design.

You're hearing Lyra8 chords and dark ambient tones. You can hear the lyra effects: the bucket brigade pt2399 delay gives added depth, and the distortion circuit layers in some crunch to the sound. The hyper LFO is clicking and buzzing away in the background, like an unruly little beast! Further effects are from the Empress Zoia, which is providing some glitchy stutter effects, and the Source Audio Ventris dual reverb (shimmer and e-dome algorithms).

The result is a dystopian soundtrack / apocalyptic soundtrack - wherever your mind takes you! It'll suit fans of amulets music, hainbach synths, efkts, blankfor.ms, ron cavagnaro, supah dupah, shipwreckdetective, laurent hilairet, snakes of russia, robot koch, and lovers of industrial music instrumental or experimental music production.
