In this video, I document my experience of trying out different healthy breakfast options while monitoring my blood sugar levels. With the help of Nutrisense, my partner for this video, I was able to use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to track my blood sugar throughout the day.
The video starts with an introduction to the experiment, explaining how I applied the CGM and how I attempted to control the fairness of the results for each healthy breakfast as much as possible. I then proceed to showcase seven different breakfast options that I tried out over the course of a week. These options include avocado toast, yogurt parfait, chia pudding, and more.
