5, Be completely calm and peaceful (because agitation, nervousness cut off our connection to God)
6, Only think about Good thoughts, never anything Bad
7, Always remember it's up to each individual how much power he/she can absorbs
8, Posture to absorb heilstorm:
--Sit and lean on your chair while keeping your back straight
--Legs remain parallel to each other with both soles of your feet on the floor
to support yourself
--Relex your hands on your things with palms facing upwards
--Do NOT cross your arms or legs because of the posture causes short circuit of
energy flow
--Always sit like this in your daily living
Your future health is entirely up to YOU, Dear friends, because the power lies within your very inner self.
Yes. We always need to surrender ourselves to God, trust his Divine guidance. And Ask Bruno for help.
Believe that the help will come to us. Do Not expect things will happen in our way but in God's way because God knows the best.
Have patience and perseverance because the good work takes time to build up itself. Sometimes quicker, sometimes slower.
