Today we are talking about making squash flour and then using it in a recipe. This is part two of our squash flour experiment as we have already made flour out of our Green Striped Cushaw Squash so today we are making squash flour from our Canada Crookneck Squash. In the end it seems the Canada crookneck squash is the better squash of the two for making flour. And as a bonus we are also making a simple pizza crust recipe from our squash flower so stick around to the end of the video to see how that turned out!
