Empty apartment tour at Södermalm in Stockholm, Sweden

I've been wanting to move back into the city these past eight years and I finally feel that I can do the switch back to city life. My cats Mini and Bonus will be 14 next spring and I’ve found this place that has some good outside space in a very quiet part of the inner city of Stockholm.

My new apartment at Södermalm in Stockholm is is 57 m2 / 620 Sq ft and I have a few weeks of renovations and move in late November 2018.

In this video I’m sharing a tour of the empty apartment. I hastily shot this within an hour after I got the keys and before demo began that same day.
