Soya chilli is an appetizer that’s tasty, nutritious and rich in protein! Absolute must try❤️
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soya chunks + water for soaking
- salt
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 5 spring onion bulbs, finely chopped
- 1 green chillies, chopped
- 1 small onion, cubed
- 1 small green bell pepper, cubed
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- for corn flour slurry: 1 tbsp corn flour + 2 tbsp water
Procedure:
- Soak soya chunks in warm water for few mins.
- Drain the water and add salt, red chilli powder and corn flour to the soya chunks. Air fry them till they’re well cooked.
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Add spring onion bulbs and green chillies.
- Add cubed onions, bell peppers and toss well. Add all sauces and sugar and mix well.
- Add soya chunks, corn flour slurry.
- Garnish it with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
