While shooting a documentary on the internationally acclaimed Pushkar Mela at Ajmer, Rajasthan, in November 2018, Team Razzmatazz Films chanced upon this amazing prodigy called Mr Ajay Rawat. A sand artist par excellence, Ajay is a son of the soil with a clear passion for his art form but without any formal training. His extreme dedication and hard work has made him go places and win several awards and recognitions from Rajasthan Police, Rajasthan Govt. and the Honourable President of India, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind.

His determination to popularise this art form of sand carving has also motivated more than 75 youngsters who have taken up this wonderful vocation which otherwise was a dying art form.
